Hi, I’m Fotios “Frank” Vasacas, founder of Tarpon Fresh Greens in beautiful Tarpon Springs, Florida.

After spending more than 20 years in the lawn and tree care industry, I know a thing or two about plants. I’m a Certified Arborist, Certified Pest Operator, and trained in Green Industry Best Practices. But in 2018, life took an unexpected turn—I was in a serious car accident that made it harder and harder to continue the work I’d built my life around.

A friend introduced me to microgreens during their own holistic health journey, and I was hooked. Growing them came naturally, but it was the way they helped reduce my inflammation and improved how I felt that really impressed me. That’s when I knew—if they could help me, they could help others too.

That’s why I started Tarpon Fresh Greens—to bring locally grown, nutrient-packed microgreens to my community. I grow to order, so everything you receive is harvested fresh and full of flavor. Whether you're adding them to your salads, smoothies, sandwiches, or just snacking straight from the container, you're getting the best of what nature has to offer.

My mission is simple: to make it easier for people to access fresh, healthy food and to experience the benefits for themselves.
